Premier Sports & Fitness promise to give your online order our immediate attention.
Our FREE MAINLAND UK delivery service is designed to keep costs of our products to you, the online buyer, to the bare minimum.
Depending on which Item you require, the Delivery process can take between a couple of Days for smaller items and upto 7-10 Working Days for larger products which require a Two Man Delivery.
We also offer a One Man Delivery service on Larger Items so therefore quickening your order process. If you can’t wait to get your hands on your new equipment either:

Back Orders.If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you if you so require. We will always email you with the option to choose another manufacturer’s option that is in stock, or if you feel that we have nothing to suit your requirements and would rather not wait, we will cancel your order with no extra charge.
Prices and Tax.Prices include postage and packing throughout Mainland UK. Please ask regarding additional charges to offshore destinations and abroad. We are delighted to answer all enquiries. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union.
Online Orders.If you place an order online you will automatically receive a confirmation email giving you a summary of what you have ordered and a tracking number.
Cancellation and Returns.
You, our online customers, are of paramount importance to us here at Premier Sports and Fitness.
In order to guarantee your full satisfaction we offer you a 10 day money back guarantee on all equipment purchased.
The ten days start from the day the goods are received by you.
We naturally must stipulate that to invoke this guarantee that we receive your request for a refund via e-mail or in writing.
We must receive the goods back undamaged in the condition in which they were dispatched. They must be repackaged in the same box or packaging in which you received them.
If you do not repackage the goods correctly you will incur a 10% repackaging charge.
All goods returned will incur a charge for delivery back to our store.
Refunds will be credited back within 14 Days of the cancellation.
