The ten days start from the day the goods are received by you.

We naturally must stipulate that to invoke this guarantee that we receive your request for a refund via e-mail or in writing.

We must receive the goods back undamaged in the condition in which they were dispatched. They must be repackaged in the same box or packaging in which you received them.

If you do not repackage the goods correctly you will incur a 10% repackaging charge.
